Job description
Requirement is for someone to lead all data workstreams for a migration from legacy to Business Central. The Data Migration Manager will be responsible for owning the end-to-end migration and act as the single point of accountability for data readiness.
Data Migration Manager, key responsibilities:
- Leading data workstreams
- Define end-to-end migration approach - mapping, transformation, data cleansing, validation
- Shaping datasets
- Establish data quality rules
- Translate technical requirements
- Oversight of cleansing of legacy data
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Plan and run all data migration activities
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering data migrations
- Strong understanding of data structures
- Hands-on experience defining and executing migration strategies
- Ability to interpret and define data mapping and transformation rules
- Capability to manage multiple migration cycles
- Experience applying data quality frameworks
- Strong communication skills
