Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) - you must have:
- Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience in a professional environment
- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops
- Solid support skills with Windows 11 & MacOS
- Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove is essential
This is a Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) contract focused on device deployment and VIP user support. You'll be imaging laptops using SCCM or Intune, configuring devices for end users, and providing in-person support.
You'll work with Windows 11, MacOS, Intune, and Autopilot.

3 month contract supporting a major Desktop migration - onsite in Stockley Park - W11 & MacOS experience essential.
A Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 11, MacOS, M365, Intune - White Glove) is required by a leading financial services company in Stockley Park.
This is a full-time, onsite role with the following Working and Pay Pattern:
Shift: Either Friday to Tuesday, or Saturday to Wednesday Rate: Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Friday: paid at £240 per day Rate: Saturday / Sunday - 12 hour shift per day at 1.5 times day rate - £575 per day. May Bank Holiday Monday - Double time on a standard day - £480 per day.
Condensed: £240 per day weekdays, £575 per day on Weekends!, * £240/day Inside IR35 via umbrella
