IT & Digital Transformation Manager

To support that journey, we are looking for a hands-on IT & Digital Transformation Manager who keeps our daily IT running smoothly while actively helping to shape where we are going next.

Our technology landscape operates primarily in Microsoft-based environment, including: Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision (ERP), Boltrics (WMS), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, e-commerce platforms and n8n for system integrations., This is a hybrid role where the primary focus lies on IT strategy, roadmap, and digital transformation, complemented by day-to-day IT support and vendor management to keep daily operations running.

You report to the CFO and work closely with key users in the business, making sure systems, data, and automation create real value business value., Help shape what comes next

• Responsible for the IT architecture and roadmap in close partnership with the CFO and CEO
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and IT capabilities
• Safeguard operational continuity of the ERP, e-commerce platform, data integrations, and other business-critical systems
• Evaluate and help implement new tools while safeguarding continuity and scalability
• Coordinate internal IT resources and external vendors

Connect IT to the business

• Enable and support the digital transformation in our Microsoft environment
• Act as IT Business Partner to department heads (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Operations, ...)
• Translate business ideas and requirements into feasible, secure, and scalable innovative IT solutions
• Track adoption and value creation through clear KPIs

Keep the lights on - and make them brighter

• Act as first-line IT support, ensuring day-to-day operational reliability and system uptime across all brands and offices
• Together with our external MSP partners, handle laptop issues, access management, onboarding, and ad hoc support
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and SLAs
• Co-create and manage the IT budget

• Bachelor Degree and 5-10 years in IT, systems or digital roles- ideally in a transformation context.
• Familiarity with B2B and/or D2C business models; experience in FMCG or consumer brands (e.g. exposure to demand forecasting processes, inventory management, warehouse/ logistic systems, EDI/Customer integrations)
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation in a project role (Microsoft Business Central is a plus).
• Real world project & change management experience - not just the theory

• You communicate fluently in English and Dutch and/or French, Professional bachelor (Higher Education Short Type) At least 5 years experience Dutch, English, French
