The Job* As a Data Quality Analyst, you are getting stichd to the next maturity level on Data Quality. You achieve this by leveraging a (Data) Quality Framework, in line with the Data Management Strategy. You have a business focus so that the initiated Data Quality improvements gain a direct business advantage for STICHD.

With your experience in Data Quality, you provide the data governance organization (e.g., Data Owners, Data Stewards) with insights into the quality of their assets. With your experience and soft skills, you can bring data owners and stakeholders along in the importance of managing their data. You continuously improve tools (e.g. Data Quality Dashboards and Data Scorecard) to fit the needs of the organization. - Your Mission* - Define, maintain and improve the Data (Quality) framework; - Determine data quality requirements together with stakeholders; - Create Data Quality dashboards and proactively search for Data Quality improvements; - Provide consulting services to data owners and stewards on data quality management; - Analyze and solve complex Data Quality issues; - Work in projects to ensure Data Quality; - Collaborate with Data & Analytics team. - Your Talent* - Relevant bachelor/masters degree and/ or professional work experience in the field of Data Quality; - 3-5 years of experience in Data Quality; - You are proactive, data-driven and analytical; - You have a hands-on mentality; - You are a good communicator and can inspire others; - You are proficient in SQL, and Power BI; - Fluent in English (Verbal and written). - This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.
