Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support role.\n
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.\n
  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11; macOS experience a plus.\n
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity.\n
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.\n

This role will ensure our devices remain secure, up-to-date, and compliant by leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.\n \n The ideal candidate will be hands-on, user-focused, and able to resolve issues quickly while maintaining a positive and professional approach.\n \n \nThis is an in-office position that will be in Sterling, VA \n \n \nResponsibilities\n \n \nKey Responsibilities\n \n \nUser & Device Support\n \n \n

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.\n
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.\n
  • Respond to support requests and resolve user issues promptly.\n

\n \nAccount & Access Management\n \n \n

  • Assist with account creation, updates, and deactivation in Microsoft Entra ID.\n
  • Support MFA and conditional access policies to maintain secure logins.\n
  • Help users with password resets, login issues, and device enrollment.\n

\n \nEndpoint Management\n \n \n

  • Use Microsoft Intune to enroll devices, apply configuration profiles, and ensure compliance.\n
  • Deploy and update software and security patches across all endpoints.\n
  • Monitor device health and security status using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.\n
