User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to craft user-centered designs that redefine how packages reach customers worldwide., * Develop high-quality, user-centered designs for diverse products and platforms to enhance delivery processes.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to implement your concepts.
• Create intuitive navigation and interface designs that guide users through their delivery journey effectively and safely.
• Engage in thorough user research and usability testing to ensure that designs meet customer needs and behaviors.
• Contribute to the design process from concept through production, including working in a design and prototyping studio environment.

• 7+ years of experience in user experience design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and practical knowledge in usability principles and web-based information architecture.
• Proven ability to complete complex tasks swiftly with little guidance, adapting quickly to changing situations.
• Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including developers and senior stakeholders., * Hands-on experience with logistics, wayfinding applications, or service design is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Experience in rapidly prototyping and working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
