Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Experience Designer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to create impactful product experiences in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive user experiences for complex products and workflows.
• Produce build-ready designs and provide clear implementation guidance as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Lead Experience Designers and Content Designers.
• Translate business objectives and user behavior into practical design solutions.
• Frame ambiguous problems and develop actionable design strategies.
• Contribute to established design systems, ensuring consistency and discipline in design execution.
• Maintain a high design throughput while considering usability, feasibility, and impact.

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of professional UX or product design experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Strong understanding of designing within regulated or complex domains.
• Ability to make independent decisions and frame problems in ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with data structures and system models as they relate to UI and interaction design.
• Proven ability to develop personas and design insights based on real user behavior.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and role awareness.
• High-throughput design execution capability with a focus on user impact and business outcomes.
