Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of innovative digital experiences that enhance operational efficiency within a large transportation network. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web-based products, ensuring user-centered solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate design performance and inform improvements.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into design processes and product features, fostering innovation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints, promoting collaboration with product teams.
• Advocate for design decisions backed by user research, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, to create high-quality design outputs.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Experience in designing for AI-driven products and complex enterprise solutions.

• Experience working within large-scale organizations, preferably in technology or transportation sectors.
