  • Contribute to technical documentation, briefings, and reporting for decision makers.
  • Support education, training, and adoption of new capabilities across stakeholders and end users.

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance within 45 days of hire.
  • Hands on experience with simulation, modeling, and training systems in a DoD or joint operational environment.
  • Working knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, including requirements analysis, system integration, testing, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience coordinating across multi disciplinary technical teams to support system development and integration activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency supporting technical documentation and briefings for engineering or program stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Linux-based development or test environments.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC) environments or large scale distributed training architectures.

  • Experience supporting MITT or similar modernization/technology transition initiatives.
  • Knowledge of distributed simulation standards and interoperability frameworks (HLA, DIS, TENA).
  • Experience integrating emerging or prototype technologies into operational or training architectures.
  • Background in defense innovation, rapid prototyping, experimentation, or capability development.
  • Understanding of Joint Force training systems, operational data flows, and system to system integration patterns.
  • Experience applying Agile or DevSecOps practices in a systems engineering or integration environment.
