SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant

• Lead the design and deployment of HR technology solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional payroll system solutions.
• Configure and support key payroll components including wage types, deductions, and payroll processing schedules.
• Support integrations between Employee Central Payroll and internal or third-party systems.
• Assist with implementation activities including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to HR and payroll stakeholders during implementation and post-go-live.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) expertise
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll Module and payroll configuration
• Experience with Employee Central and HRIS data integration
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Experience:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in the relevant functional area required
• At least 5 years of experience leading large global SuccessFactors implementations
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Employee Central Payroll solutions

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
