Job description
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central).
- Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements, translate them into system configurations, and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Provide functional expertise during end-to-end project lifecycles including requirement gathering, blueprinting, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Perform system upgrades, data migration, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting, issue resolution, and provide ongoing system support.
- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SuccessFactors, advising stakeholders on latest capabilities and features.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance of HR processes.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with Employee Central experience to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules to support HR transformation initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives., * 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in configuration, workflows, data models, business rules, and role-based permissions.
- Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with business and technical teams., * SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP HCM, S/4HANA integrations, or middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).
- Prior experience in global HR transformation or large-scale SAP implementations.
- Knowledge of HR analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards.
