Payroll System Functional Lead (SAP HR/ADP GlobalView)

We are seeking a senior Payroll functional expert to lead country payroll system implementations and cloned deployments, driving solution design, vendor coordination, Blueprint development, testing, and operational readiness.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Payroll implementations across the full SDLC lifecycle
• Drive design workshops and translate country requirements into validated Blueprints
• Serve as SME for SAP HR Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules
• Provide functional expertise in ADP GlobalView
• Oversee system build/configuration for new or cloned country payroll solutions
• Coordinate business, IT, JJT, and vendor stakeholders to remove roadblocks
• Author and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios and support cutover & hypercare
• Define role-based security and authorization matrices
• Support vendor evaluation, selection, and service delivery model decisions

• 8+ years of Payroll system implementation experience
• Deep expertise in SAP HR Payroll & Compensation configuration
• Experience with ADP GlobalView in global or multi-country environments
• Strong stakeholder leadership and workshop facilitation skills
• Proven ability to deliver payroll solutions to operational readiness

This is a high-visibility leadership role accountable for delivering compliant, country-specific payroll systems that directly impact workforce operations. You'll act as the functional authority ensuring payroll solutions are built right, tested thoroughly, and transitioned smoothly.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $160,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
