Job description
A global leader in supporting large-scale construction projects across infrastructure, commercial, and industrial sectors. It focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and customized systems backed by engineering expertise and on-site technical support. The ideal candidate will ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish daily tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and resolving end user helpdesk. The Technical Support Associate will help users by phone, chat, in person, or by any other communication method. They will identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Conduct day-to-day problem solving and maintenance of PC and Desktops systems.
- Actively monitor and manage requests for technical support.
- Provide competent, service-oriented support and resolve problems to end user satisfaction.
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots, company approved software.
- Perform administrative tasks and document internal procedures.
- Work with IT project and management team to ensure user-friendly solutions and services are
delivered.
- Research problems and identifies solutions.
- Escalate tickets to appropriate group as needed.
- Outstanding communication with end-users.
- Assist with onboarding and off boarding users.
- Instruct employees in using equipment, software, and manuals.
- Responsible for troubleshooting.
- Helps in creating documentation on computer installation and maintenance procedures.
- Travel to other branches for support (NJ, GA, FL).
Requirements
Must have either and Associate or bachelor"s degree in Technical Discipline. Must have 2-4 years of relevant IT work experience. Must speak Spanish and English Must live within 25 miles of client

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Time Management and multitasking skills required.
- Basic Network connectivity troubleshooting skills.
- Printer troubleshooting skills.
- IMAC & IMAC-D Process.
- Mobile Operating System: IOS, Android and Windows Mobile.
- Handheld (Zebra Devices) knowledge is a plus.
Benefits & conditions
Salary: $30.00 - $31.50/hr
