Test Automation Lead

1. Define and implement a test automation strategy aligned with project goals and client expectations
2. Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Java, and other scripting languages.
3. Lead onsite automation activities, mentor offshore teams, and ensure timely delivery of automation scripts and execution results.
4. Explore and implement Generative AI solutions to enhance automation efficiency (e.g., script generation, test data creation, defect prediction).
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

1. 10+ years of experience in Test Automation with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Java, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript preferred).
3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.
4. Ability to drive innovation and experimentation in automation frameworks and AI enhanced test strategies, 1. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
