Test Automation Lead TOSCA

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree

• Minimum overall experience of 10+ years in software testing.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Tosca testing tool.

• Leading customer discussions

• Developing test strategies

• Creating and executing test plans

• Managing test teams and overseeing defects lifecycle management.

• Worked with various test tools - TOSCA, Worksoft

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication skills, proven both in relations with teammates, partners, customers, and external stakeholders

• Completed university degree

• Excellent Business Communication Skill

• Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants

Must Have

• Strong expertise in manual testing of web applications.

• Proficient in using testing tools such as Tosca, QTest.

• Experience in automation and performance testing.

• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Organization (ADO).

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Analyze test automation plans along with execution

• Design and implement Test Automation plan

• Lead team and customer discussion

• Document Test cases functional designs and processes, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
