IT System Specialist

• Our Client is currently seeking an experienced IT System Specialist to join our IT team.
• This position is responsible for a full range of technical support, oversee, and troubleshoot for software, hardware, and backup data storage throughout the enterprise., * - Manage systems and applications software, hardware, and all configurations as an administrator
• • Support to install, upgrade diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other system problems
• • Monitor and maintain assigned applications in their proper operating condition to meet business requirements
• • Administer Legacy & Design Software, Microsoft 365, Backup Storage, Company website, Software License Management, and so on
• • Analyze root cause of problems and establish the prevention measures
• • Perform regular full and incremental backups of all systems and servers
• • Research, recommend, develop, test, and implement new hardware, software, technologies, applications to help improve systems
• • Maintain company homepage, meeting conference systems, and cloud solutions
• • Work on projects, as assigned, to help further the company's goals
• • Other duties as assigned

• • 1+ years of experience
• • Basic knowledge of Windows10 and general desktop support issues
• • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment
• • Ability to work independently or in a team
• • Takes initiative, self-motivated
• • Ability to interact with various levels of the organization
• • Ability to build credibility and trust within the organization
• • Bilingual Korean-English is preferring
