Job description

Kansas Medical Center (KMC) in Andover is adding a Help Desk Technician to the team. This individual acts as the first point of contact for users, resolving tickets via phone or email, documenting issues, and managing account credentials. One year of relevant hospital or healthcare facility experience required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Hospital experience?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, An associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred, or relevant experience with CompTIA A+ certification may be substituted.

Understanding of Windows/MAC operating systems, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and networking protocols (IP address, DHCP).
