Job description
The Help Desk Support Technician provides Tier I technical support for personal computers, software, peripherals, and network connectivity across all departments. This position ensures prompt response to service requests, proper documentation, and high customer satisfaction, enabling seamless clinical and administrative operations throughout Stillwater Medical.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Typing?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * People skills to provide exceptional customer service

- Someone who can problem solve and think outside the box
- Adaptability and flexibility, * High school diploma or GED required; certifications (CompTIA A+, Net+) or college coursework in IT or healthcare preferred
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience
- Typing ability of at least 30 WPM
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Previous experience with healthcare systems like Meditech or NextGen preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Adequate vision and hearing with or without correction
- Ability to move between departments and off-site locations
- Manual dexterity to handle small tools and IT equipment
