Job description
Join our Information Technology team in Manhattan as an Help Desk Specialist! As a Help Desk Specialist with our Information Technology Department you will work in a customer service oriented environment and will be responsible for providing technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. This position will answer questions and resolve technical problems within assigned topical or functional areas in person, by telephone, remotely or electronically. This position reports to the IT Director.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in Computer Science or Information Systems along with at least one or two years of industry experience, and IT help desk and/or customer service experience. Candi ates should also have working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft products; certifications are preferred. You should be able to demonstrate sound analytical and decision-making abilities, efficiently prioritize and execute tasks, and effectively work with people in a wide range of positions and levels.
Benefits & conditions
This is full-time position at our Westloop branch in Manhattan. Wages start at $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
