Job description
Must have knowledge, skills, and experience developing and sustaining LMS capabilities Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, user support, strategic planning support, graphics production, workflow development, and monthly reporting. Coordinate with content owners; perform content audits; maintain standards compliance; and implement upgrades, integrations, and user-centric digital solutions., Monitor ATIS / Blackboard stability and performance and manage courses throughout the lifecycle using approved naming conventions. Serve as ATIS SME for course framework development, upgrades, IPR support, and LMS capability recommendations. Train instructors / course managers, resolve manager-level ATIS issues, manage enrollment / disenrollment and access, report usage monthly, and safeguard testing materials. Must be prepared to support other Army-directed LMS platforms if Blackboard is replaced. Clearance
Requirements
Education/Years of Experience: Must provide proof of Army Distributed Learning / LMS experience, including 2+ years in course development, course administration, community engagement, content management, and online training site sustainment. Must complete required Blackboard training (101 / 201 / 301 / Institutional Hierarchy / LCMS-ATRRS / Certificate Management Tool) within 30 days of award.
