Job description
We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our dynamic team in Cadillac, Michigan. This role focuses on ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of enterprise systems while driving innovation and process improvements. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering user-centric solutions and leveraging technology to support both operational and strategic business goals., * Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.
- Develop and support critical applications, including ERP, CRM, data analytics, and custom web solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure the security and stability of systems by adhering to industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Act as a trusted technical partner to internal teams, offering reliable solutions that align with business objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Manage and support server virtualization, enterprise storage, and architecture standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on system functionalities and technical processes.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure coverage and scalability across the organization.
Requirements
Requirements - Proven experience with ERP and CRM systems, including design and development.
- Strong knowledge of server virtualization, enterprise storage, and architecture standards.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, and .NET frameworks.
- Expertise in database management systems, including T-SQL and SQL.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for efficient system development and deployment.
- Ability to work with PLC controls and apply technical skills to manufacturing applications.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver user-focused solutions and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize processes and improve system performance.
