ERP/CRM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of enterprise business applications. This role works closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable ERP/CRM solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with major platforms (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and can lead requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and end-user enablement., * Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.

• Configure, customize, and optimize ERP/CRM modules to meet business needs.
• Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, custom reports, and automation rules.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support.
• Collaborate with development teams on enhancements, extensions, and APIs.
• Conduct UAT, create documentation, and provide user training.
• Ensure system data integrity, security, and compliance with internal standards.
• Recommend process improvements and technology best practices.

• 3-7+ years of ERP and/or CRM consulting or administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with one or more platforms:
• ERP: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 F& O/BC
• CRM: Salesforce, Dynamics 365 CE, HubSpot
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
• Experience configuring modules, workflows, permissions, custom fields, and integrations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data migration concepts, and relational databases a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with middleware/iPaaS tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, etc.).
• Certifications (Salesforce Admin, Dynamics 365 Consultant, NetSuite Consultant, etc.).
