IT Manager

A growing organization is seeking an IT Manager to oversee day-to-day technology operations and support business systems, infrastructure, and security. This role will lead IT strategy, manage internal and external resources, and ensure reliable service delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and experienced in managing both technical operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and security
• Develop and execute technology strategy aligned with business goals
• Provide oversight of service desk, network, and systems support
• Manage system upgrades, implementations, and integrations
• Maintain data integrity, system performance, and cybersecurity standards
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources
• Oversee vendors, consultants, and IT budget planning
• Ensure documentation, policy enforcement, and operational compliance

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud systems, and business applications
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and governance best practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills
