Job description
Software Engineer with 7+ years of development experience using Microsoft technologies and who is a proficient individual contributor with minimal guidance. Responsible for hands on development, enhancing, modifying, and/or maintaining applications in the Global Financial Crimes environment. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs/activities. Work closely with business partners in defining requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria is met for application changes. In-depth knowledge of development tools and languages is a must. Individual contributor role. Ability to partner with the multiple Technology teams to implement the target architecture and migration to strategic platform.
Requirements
- Strong .Net
- Heavy SQL experience and AutoSys to start and stop the jobs
- WPF (Windows based application), * 7+ years of development using Microsoft technologies
- Develop, modify, and debug stored procedures and functions using SQL and SQL Server.
- Past working experience with AutoSys to start and stop the jobs.
- Good at understanding the application logic written using VB.Net or C#.Net.
- Good at understanding the complex stored procedure and function logic written T-SQL.
- Develop and Debug Desktop applications using VB.NET and C#.NET
- Knowledge of performance tuning data intensive applications
- Strong coding, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative tech-based solutions.
- Exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Software development using agile methodology and processes.
- Degree from outstanding university
- Background in enterprise stress testing
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
