Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Support Tier 2 Analyst to join our technical operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience across server administration, cloud migrations, Microsoft technologies, and networking. You will serve as a key escalation point for complex issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, support critical infrastructure, and assist with lift-and-shift migrations from on-premises environments to the cloud., Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated technical incidents and service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows Server, O365, networking, and general system performance.
- Support end users and internal teams with advanced problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
Server & Infrastructure Work
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
- Perform patching, permissions management, role configuration, and server hardening.
- Assist in server upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
Cloud & Migration Projects
- Participate in lift-and-shift migrations from on-premises systems to cloud environments.
- Support migration planning, execution, validation, and documentation.
- Assist with identity management, Azure AD integration, and cloud resource configuration.
Microsoft Back-End Support
- Provide back-end support for Microsoft technologies including:
- Office 365 administration
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Azure AD
- Manage licensing, user provisioning, policy enforcement, and security configurations.
Networking Support
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
- Perform basic to intermediate network configuration and diagnostics.
- Support network changes, documentation, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
Experience with Unify/Ubiquiti hardware is a significant advantage, including:
- MVR systems
- NAS devices
- Gateways
- Access Points
- Controller configuration, firmware updates, and network optimization, * 2-4 years in a Helpdesk Tier 2 or Systems Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with on-prem to cloud migrations.
- Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls).
- Familiarity with Unify/Ubiquiti environments preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator / Fundamentals
- Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Ubiquiti certifications (UBWA, UEWA)
