Job description
- Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos at various locations and events, with occasional travel required.
- Design and develop marketing assets, including brochures, websites, presentations, and dashboards.
- Edit multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
- Develop innovative concepts, test emerging trends, and experiment with formats to optimize social media performance.
- Write compelling captions that reflect the brand's voice and adhere to platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address marketing needs and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and utilize insights to refine content strategies.
Requirements
- Organize and manage creative assets and maintain an efficient content library for future use. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, social media, content creation, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Familiarity with Canva and Figma for design and interface projects.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or Asana.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
