Job description

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support a leading healthcare organization in Atlanta, GA. This role involves maintaining HR data integrity, supporting HR systems, and ensuring accurate processing and reporting of employee data., * Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data including compensation, benefits, and payroll

  • Perform data audits and resolve discrepancies within HR systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues and inquiries
  • Support system updates, testing, and enhancements
  • Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports
  • Perform data uploads, imports, exports, and system clean-ups
  • Analyze HR data to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits teams for issue resolution
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in PeopleSoft?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM, HR data management, and reporting within a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required)

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or HRIS roles
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM (required)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with HR data audits and reporting
  • Knowledge of HR functions including payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle, * Do you have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM?
  • Are you authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship?
  • Are you able to commute to Atlanta, GA for an onsite role?

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HRIS or Human Resources: 3 years (Required)
