Job description

Our client is looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join their team for a 6-month contract engagement. This is a high-volume, fast-paced support role focused on day-to-day Workday system support, with a strong emphasis on the Talent & Performance and Workday Learning modules. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly., This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and configuring the Talent & Learning modules, including performance review cycles, talent reviews/calibration, and learning enrollments & content.
  • Managing incoming HRIS tickets/issues, troubleshooting system problems, and acting as the primary Workday support contact.
  • Configuring Workday modules (primarily Talent + Learning) and supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Administering and supporting Talent and Learning processes, including performance review cycles, talent calibration, and content management.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and system innovations while staying current with Workday releases.

Requirements

Communication: Must be a good communicator, will be dealing with a variety of business stakeholders/groups throughout the company., We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience.
  • Deep expertise in Workday's Talent & Performance and Workday Learning modules (KEY FILTER). This isn't a learning role-you need to be a subject matter expert.
  • Strong experience supporting performance cycles, talent processes, and learning programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Knowledgeable in HR business processes, technology, and operations, including HR compliance and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.
