Job description
Seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in building modular, highperformance components, implementing intelligent caching mechanisms, and driving architectural and design decisions.
The opportunity:

Lead technical reviews, validate architectural decisions, and ensure solution alignment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and assess feasibility.

Provide guidance on development standards, integration practices, and code quality.

Coordinate with onsite and offshore engineering teams as a technical liaison.

Oversee integration of new components into the host application through container-based deployment.

Ensure graceful handling of cache misses, timeouts, and plugin loading failures.

Implement observability with metrics, structured logging, and health endpoints.

Maintain component-level versioning without compile-time dependency on the host system.

Requirements

Masters in Degree in Computer related subjects

6+ years in specific technologies.

Good Communication Skills

Strong handson experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.

Skilled in building asynchronous, highperformance backend services.

Expertise in Redis caching, including Lua scripting and cache versioning.

Experience working with MongoDB, Oracle DB, Redis, and Dell ECS for complex data retrieval.

Proficiency in Maven/Artifactory, containerization using Docker, and image management using Harbor.

Familiar with Kubernetes deployment and GitLab CI/CD automation.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
