SAP PP Consultant

An SAP PP Consultant is responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Production Planning solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and material requirements planning (MRP). Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to production and manufacturing processes
• Configure SAP PP module components, including:

• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Production Orders
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Routing and Work Centers
• Capacity Planning

• Customize and optimize production planning processes
• Integrate SAP PP with other modules such as:

• MM (Materials Management)
• SD (Sales and Distribution)
• QM (Quality Management)

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow
• Support integration with systems like SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
• Assist in data migration, master data setup, and validation
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and provide ongoing support
• Participate in testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)
• Prepare documentation and train end users

• Strong knowledge of SAP PP configuration and business processes
• Hands-on experience with:

• MRP (planning strategies, lot sizing, scheduling)
• Production orders and execution
• BOM and routing management

• Understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete/repetitive/process industries)
• Integration knowledge with MM, SD, and QM modules
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred)
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps is an advantage, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
• SAP PP certification (preferred)
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
