Job description

  • Respond promptly to service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide support for Windows systems, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, including user access and permissions.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Assist end-users with Windows 10 issues, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
  • Document and track support requests to maintain accurate records and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
  • Offer guidance and training to users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
  • Experience with Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing user support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and tracking.
  • Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
