Test Automation Lead (Tricentis Tosca) (Hybrid)

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring seamless execution and reporting
• Leverage qTest for test management, traceability, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs
• Integrate test automation with Jira to manage test-related tasks, defects, and user stories, ensuring transparency and traceability
• Develop and maintain reusable test components, modules, and test cases in Tosca
• Translate business requirements and technical specifications into automated test scenarios
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation and SAP test environments
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation and quality engineering
• Familiarity with Web UI, SAP GUI, Mobile App, and API testing using Tosca

• 5 years of experience in software testing focused on test automation using Tricentis Tosca
• Hands-on experience with qTest for test management and reporting
• Deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including model-based test automation, test case design, and execution
• Strong understanding of Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD integration and pipeline automation
• Proficiency in Jira for Agile project tracking and defect management
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC, * Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency (required)
• TOSCA certifications (e.g., Automation Specialist, Test Architect) (preferred)
