Software Engineer - CDH Applications

• Build modern, user-loving experiences - Shape new microfrontends and microservices using DDD principles, collaborating with UX and design partners to create intuitive, accessible (WCAG 2.2 AA) interfaces powered by our evolving design system.
• Engineer cloud-native solutions that scale - Design and ship event-driven services in Node.js or .NET on Azure, leveraging PaaS capabilities, Cosmos DB, and thoughtful integrations with legacy systems.
• Code with quality at the core - Champion TDD, automated testing, code reviews, static analysis, and continuous refactoring-using AI tools to move faster while raising the bar.
• Deliver with ownership and purpose - Partner closely with product and business teams to understand the "why," make smart tradeoffs, and take end-to-end accountability from concept to customer value.
• Ship early, often, and confidently - Work in a CI/CD environment with frequent production releases and strong observability, ensuring reliability and real impact.
• Grow the craft and the team - Continuously improve architecture, processes, and performance, while mentoring peers in DDD, TDD, and modern engineering practices.

• Abilities: A strong engineer with deep TDD discipline, proficiency in JavaScript (Angular or Vue preferred), hands-on experience with microfrontend/microservice and event-driven architectures, cloud deployment and modern DevOps practices, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate across teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience at a software product company (building software products sold to businesses or consumers); services/consultancy company backgrounds will only be considered if they involve product engineering in healthcare payments or similar domains.
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Location: Bangalore, India
