Job description

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and (some) network-related problems encountered by end-users on the network
  • Work with the installation, configuration, and features of hardware and standard applications (Office 365, Teams, Adobe Creative and Document Cloud, etc.)
  • Familiar with Entra and Intune
  • Maintain personal ability in the appropriate use of all relevant information technologies and other systems
  • Install and maintain Windows and Mac OS environments on users' computers
  • Document and maintain computer inventory using our asset management software
  • Troubleshoot videoconferencing equipment
  • Manage corporate smartphones - activate SIM cards, replace phones, and manage our mobile deployment via our network services provider portal
  • Any other work, duties, projects, or ad hoc requests as assigned
  • Senior Tech with strong background in AV equipment

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • Active directory 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting end users
  • Office 365 2-3 years of hands-on experience supporting end users
  • Intune 2-3 years of hands-on experience
  • Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, 3-5 years of hands-on experience
  • Microsoft Teams, 1 year of hands-on experience supporting end users and administration
  • Telephony System 2+ years' experience in managing users, extensions, and office phones (Bell Total Connect an asset)
  • Video-conferencing equipment experience (Crestron Mercury an asset)
  • Intermediate experience with servers, desktop, and laptop computer hardware
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in both languages (French or Spanish (preferred, not required) and English) verbally and in written form, and interpret and respond quickly, clearly, and effectively to requests
  • Excellent research and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated and possess the ability to multitask
  • Team player

Benefits & conditions

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
