Requirements
Candidates for Onsite Desktop Support Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

3+ years of IT or desktop support experience

Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and PC hardware (laptops/desktops)

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)

Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)

Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment

Pay: $25 - $33/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
