Requirements

Candidates for Onsite Desktop Support Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 3+ years of IT or desktop support experience

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and PC hardware (laptops/desktops)

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)

  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)

  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment

  • Pay: $25 - $33/hour

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
