SAP Payroll Systems Analyst

An Insight Global client in the Houston area is looking for a Senior SAP Payroll Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates payroll processes and user requirements across Human Resources and Payroll functions for multiple business units. This role is responsible for documenting requirements, defining project scope and objectives, configuring systems, and delivering effective SAP HCM Payroll solutions. The position requires deep expertise across accounting, budgeting, capital asset management, expense management, audit, HR, and payroll processes. All duties are performed in compliance with applicable rules, policies, and safety procedures. The salary range for the ideal candidate is between $120,000 to $127,000.

Design and configure system workflows for highly complex SAP HCM Payroll environments.

Perform complex data retrieval and analysis using standard data extraction and reporting tools.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units, stakeholders, and IT teams.

Apply Safety Management System (SMS) principles in daily work and support all aspects of the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP).
