Job description
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Service Level Management to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement, Manage and oversee the service level management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives Develop negotiate and maintain Service Level Agreements SLAs with internal and external stakeholders Monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track SLA compliance Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify service improvement opportunities Analyze service delivery issues and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction Facilitate communication between service providers and business units to manage expectations and resolve escalations Support the development and implementation of service management frameworks and best practices Ensure documentation and maintenance of service management processes and procedures
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the endtoend service level management lifecycle including SLA definition monitoring reporting and review Act as the primary point of contact for service level managementrelated queries and escalations Coordinate with IT operations and service delivery teams to ensure service commitments are met Conduct regular service review meetings with stakeholders to discuss performance and improvement plans Identify risks and issues related to service levels and proactively implement mitigation strategies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency Provide guidance and training to junior team members on service level management practices Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in service management
