Job description

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of enterprise-level Order Management Systems (OMS) within the supply chain operations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Drive infrastructure decisions, security protocols, and data architecture improvements.
  • Lead system enhancement initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts across the platform.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams and leadership, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role such as Tech Lead, Architect, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of systems thinking, data flows, and hybrid/on-prem environments.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, GitHub, Azure, PostgreSQL, Dynatrace, and MQFTE.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-team discussions and technical presentations.
