Job description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides IT support to our employee's company wide. Description Technical assistance to customers (our internal employees) by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Provide support for PC hardware and software, printers, O365 Suite Configure laptops for new hires and laptop replacements. Meet customers in each department to learn about common issues, help with improvements, and training. Learn how to use, manage, and maintain systems like Azure Active Directory, MEM, an ERP System. Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, issues, and solutions. Work closely with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve internal processes. IT Equipment Ordering and Equipment Inventory Management. Perform data entry, research issues, or other tasks to support our IT Department Management Team.

Requirements

Technical support, Troubleshooting, Support, Help desk support, Customer service, Windows, Hardware, Desktop, Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Looking for minimum 2 years' experience in a professional environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues. Great with computers, tech savvy with a high aptitude for learning technology. Proficient use of Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Understands the fundamentals of troubleshooting skills with a desire for continual learning. Occasional travel to other branches within the territory Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. Unassisted. This is a full-time on-site position that will require travel between multiple sites (mileage will be reimbursed) Must have a clean driver's license and reliable transportation Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Benefits & conditions

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
