• Design and build next-gen incident management systems

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 6 years of software engineering experience
• Deep experience across full stack and distributed systems
• Strong background in real-time event-driven architectures at scale
• Hands-on experience with modern TypeScript/React applications
• Expertise in data systems like PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience integrating AI/ML systems into production environments
• History of leading initiatives that change team operations
