Job description
- Maintain networks, hardware, and software.
- Provide customer and network administration services.
- Construct, edit, and test computer programs.
Training:
- 10 weeks Basic Combat Training.
- 20 weeks Advanced Individual Training with on-the-job instruction.
- Learn to use computer consoles and peripheral equipment.
- Understand computer systems concepts.
- Plan, design, and test computer systems.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551).
- Age 17-34; ages 35-39 may qualify with a waiver.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
- Must be in good physical health.
- Minimum ASVAB Skilled Technical (ST) score: 95.
Helpful Skills:
- Interest in computer science.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience installing computers., * High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Benefits & conditions
