Job description

  • Maintain networks, hardware, and software.
  • Provide customer and network administration services.
  • Construct, edit, and test computer programs.

Training:

  • 10 weeks Basic Combat Training.
  • 20 weeks Advanced Individual Training with on-the-job instruction.
  • Learn to use computer consoles and peripheral equipment.
  • Understand computer systems concepts.
  • Plan, design, and test computer systems.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551).
  • Age 17-34; ages 35-39 may qualify with a waiver.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Must be in good physical health.
  • Minimum ASVAB Skilled Technical (ST) score: 95.

Helpful Skills:

  • Interest in computer science.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience installing computers., * High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Benefits & conditions

Full-time | Part-time | Contract | Paid Training | U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Required, * $40,000-$80,000 per year.

  • Total compensation includes housing, medical, food, special pay, and vacation time.
