ServiceNow System Administrator (VA ESOM)

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow instance settings, application properties, and platform features.
• Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access control lists.
• Monitor system health and respond to platform alerts and operational issues.
• Process and document system changes per change management protocols.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities per established procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and administration runbooks.
• Support audits and compliance activities with accurate configuration records.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 5+ years total relevant experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Foundational knowledge of ITIL service management.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, engineering or other engineering or technical discipline (an additional 8 years of additional relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• US Citizenship or Green Card
