Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, applications engineering, or field service role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation systems, and industrial equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and customer engagement.
- Proficiency with relevant industrial software (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLC programming, HMI) or control systems., * Experience with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) or digital twin technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or custom application development.
- Background in advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or machine vision systems.
- Direct experience in pre-sales support, technical demonstrations, or customer training.
