Under general supervision design, develop, implement SQL queries, create custom reports to enhance organizational productivity.
Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
Create ad-hoc queries and reports as requested and provide on-going analytical support
Work with users to understand business processes, gather/document project requirements and translate them into reports and applications.
Works on process flows and screen designs and provides storyboarding to support system design. Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements
Provide timely scheduled management reporting
Thoroughly test solutions to ensure functionality and integrity
Troubleshooting of third party and custom software applications
Help Desk support as needed to support production applications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
7+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.
Development of complex T-SQL queries and corresponding database objects
Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
Development experience in scripting using .Net or Java technologies
Familiarity with code versioning tools, like Git, SVN, and TFS
Excellent Linux/Unix command knowledge and cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services)
Ability to work well with business unit SME's, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.
