Job description
- Looking for an SRE / DevOps Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of enterprise applications and platforms.
- The role focuses on automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and production stability while partnering closely with development teams.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance using SRE principles
- Automate infrastructure and operational tasks to reduce manual toil Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices
- Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams to improve resilience
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SRE and DevOps practices CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.) Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Good in Linux, scripting (Shell/Python)
- Nice to Have: Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- DevSecOps and security best practices Incident response, post-mortems, and SLO/SLI management
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Large-scale enterprise environment exposure
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $53,580 -$122,400.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
