Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant (D365)

We are currently hiring for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant role with our client Infosys / Verizon., We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Field Services modules. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, leading functional design discussions, and aligning business needs with technical solutions., * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Map business needs to Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Lead functional design discussions and recommend best-fit solutions
• Configure and customize D365 (Sales, Marketing, Field Services)
• Prepare functional documents (FDDs, BRDs)
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment

• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
• Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing & Field Services modules
• Hands-on experience in configurations & customizations
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping
• Experience with FDD/BRD documentation
