Embedded Systems Engineer - Ludington Area job in Ludington

• Design and implement firmware for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug embedded systems in production environments.
• Develop and maintain software for real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate embedded systems with new products.
• Create and execute test plans for embedded software and hardware.
• Optimize embedded code for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing test and assembly processes.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in embedded software development for manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for bare-metal and RTOS-based embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-M) and peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN).
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherCAT, PROFINET).
