IT Systems Administrator - Ludington Area job in Ludington

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual) for production and business systems.
• Administer and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points across manufacturing sites.
• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical IT systems.
• Provide end-user support and technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through regular patching, vulnerability assessments, and access control management.
• Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with operational technology (OT) teams to integrate and support IT/OT convergence initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions (SAN/NAS).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) networks.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) and cybersecurity best practices.

• Experience with IoT platforms and their integration into manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial control networks.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
