• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand application requirements and propose solutions.
• Design, develop, and test software applications for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and systems.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for future manufacturing needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs).
• Knowledge of data acquisition and analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support or sales role.
