Job description

  • Provide hands-on technical support for Windows-based devices and related technology equipment
  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users across a variety of environments
  • Manage support tickets, service requests, and asset tracking through an IT service management platform
  • Image and deploy devices using standard desktop management tools
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other end-user hardware
  • Set up, configure, and deploy new workstations and peripheral devices
  • Support users at all levels of the organization with a strong customer service mindset
  • Prioritize incoming issues independently and manage daily support workload effectively
  • Document support activity, technical work performed, and local asset inventory
  • Provide support across multiple nearby locations as needed

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of IT support experience, with broader hands-on support experience strongly preferred
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform
  • Experience imaging devices with SCCM or comparable desktop deployment tools
  • Familiarity with a wide range of end-user devices and peripherals
  • Strong time management, organizational, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation, * Experience coordinating small technology projects or supporting project-based initiatives
  • Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
  • Experience supporting devices such as HP laptops, Microsoft Surface devices, tablets, MacBooks, and networked printers
  • Familiarity with device procurement support and local asset management processes
